The current offering consists of two versions of multiple regression software that offer many unique and attractive features. Even the standard version of the software stands out in its flexibility in operating with a regression model, various help and explanations that the user has available during the data analysis, plots, and the convenience of Microsoft® Excel input and output.

The professional version offers such attractive features as the use of categorical factors. The user is not limited anymore to using only numeric values. One can literally type in data values such as "CO2" and "stainless steal" and the program will do all the routine accounting that would be prone to error and take a lot of time if performed by a human. Another attractive feature is the robust regression. The high-performing computational engine of Sagata Regression Pro allows the user to use such fit metric as LAD (least absolute deviation) and not be limited to the traditional LSE (least squares estimation). The LAD metric often results in better models that are not misled by erroneous data points as is often the case with the LSE metric.
