Where do I get a license number or a product registration key?
These numbers are the same as the license number issued to you at the time of your purchase. However, if you lost this number or have some other reason to have it reissued, please use the Contact Us section of the website.

How do I contact someone at Sagata to ask a question?
If you are an existing Sagata customer, the most expedient way to ask a question and receive an answer is via the request form. Everyone can contact us using the information provided on contact us page.

My program crashed and now it will not open. What should I do?
The likely reason is that Microsoft Excel module has not exited properly. To end it press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, select the Task Manager, then select the Processes tab, and find among the running processes EXCEL.EXE. Select it and click on End Process button and then OK.
If Sagata Program still cannot be started, then repeat the above process looking for a process called SRP2004.exe or SRS2004.exe. End this process too.

I tried to install Sagata™ Regression on Windows® Me and received an error message. What should I do?
Sagata™ Regression is supported for Windows® 2000/XP and Microsoft® Excel 2000 or later versions. We recommend that you use Sagata™ Regression on a conforming system.

Why are my Print Preview menu option and button grayed out?
Sagata Ltd. is aware of this problem and is in the process of addressing it. Future versions of the software should permit previewing.
